Imagine this scenario for a second…

Open your mind a little because taking pictures of Bigfoot in a Million dollar listing is exactly what Daniel Oster did in his this year to his.

And his listing went viral!

In early 2020, displayed on the front page of The Daily Mail (one of, if not the #1 online newspaper websites), it read the big bold headline:

“Hilarious real estate listing featuring Bigfoot doing yoga, baking cookies and taking a Zoom call inside a $1M California home goes viral” (Screenshot below)

And under the headline there are several images Bigfoot in the listing itself acting like a human… silly Bigfoot!

Hilarious right?

That’s good stuff.

The Agent is a genius and lets me break it down for you exactly why.

And how you can model this kinda stuff for yourself.

First things first, it gives people what they want…. a different kind of entertainment.

It’s also harmless and ethical, so he’s not being sleazy or anything. So no need to hate.

But the fact is, we live in a society where dopamine spikes are in high demand.

Everyone is constantly craving it every day,

and companies that can provide it with their marketing get the most views, shares, clicks, and sales. That’s the cold hard truth.

And with everyone and their aunt an agent…

and everyone being cookie-cutter,

creative stuff like this is what makes you as an Agent stand out from the pack!

The best part about this thing… the agent had a reduced risk that this would backfire!

This was already a proven concept!

Companies like Jack Links Beef Jerky did this already for their jerky brand.

One of, if not their most successful campaign was Big Foot talking about their beef jerky.

If you haven’t seen the commercials youtube them. They are hilarious.

Similar situation with Gieco and the caveman.

“So easy a caveman can do it!” campaign ran for years with overwhelming success!

Not Bigfoot I know, but this is similar.

This is just a playoff that campaign but modified to Real Estate.
